AsliBuyer is a service run by Adarsh Singh, an individual based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India ("we", "us"). By using the AsliBuyer website or paying for Pro, you agree to these terms.
What the service does
You describe your business and upload a list of leads. We return, for each lead, a verdict, a score and reasons produced by an automated model. These are estimates, not guarantees; the decision to contact, quote or ignore anyone is yours.
What you may upload
Only lead data you have a lawful right to process in the course of your business. Don't upload data you have no right to share, and don't use the service to profile individuals for anything other than deciding whom to contact about your own products or services. We can block access for misuse.
Free and Pro
The free tier ranks up to 100 leads per visitor per day without an account. Pro costs ₹1,499 for 30 days or ₹7,999 for 365 days, paid in advance through Razorpay, and gives unlimited leads up to 2,000 rows per file. Pro is tied to the Google account you sign in with and doesn't renew automatically. An account is for one business; sharing sign-in access outside it may get Pro withdrawn. Prices may change with 30 days' notice on this site; a period you've paid for keeps its price. Refunds follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Availability
We aim to keep the service up but it depends on Cloudflare and our model provider and may go down. If Pro is unavailable for reasons on our side for more than 3 days in a row, we extend your Pro by the same number of days.
Liability
The service is provided as is. We aren't liable for business won or lost, calls made or not made, or any indirect loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes and law
Material changes to these terms are posted on this page at least 15 days before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Noida have jurisdiction.

आप अपना बिज़नेस बताते हैं और लीड की लिस्ट अपलोड करते हैं। हम हर लीड के लिए एक ऑटोमेटेड मॉडल से बना फ़ैसला, स्कोर और वजहें लौटाते हैं। ये अनुमान हैं, गारंटी नहीं; किसी से संपर्क करने, कोटेशन देने या छोड़ने का फ़ैसला आपका है।
आप क्या अपलोड कर सकते हैं
सिर्फ़ वह लीड डेटा जिसे अपने कारोबार में प्रोसेस करने का आपको क़ानूनी हक़ है। ऐसा डेटा अपलोड मत कीजिए जिसे साझा करने का हक़ आपको नहीं, और इस सेवा का इस्तेमाल अपने प्रोडक्ट या सेवा के बारे में संपर्क तय करने के अलावा किसी और मक़सद से लोगों की प्रोफ़ाइल बनाने में मत कीजिए। दुरुपयोग पर हम पहुँच रोक सकते हैं।
मुफ़्त और Pro
मुफ़्त स्तर बिना अकाउंट के हर विज़िटर के लिए रोज़ 100 लीड तक रैंक करता है। Pro की क़ीमत 30 दिन के लिए ₹1,499 या 365 दिन के लिए ₹7,999 है, जो Razorpay से पहले चुकाई जाती है, और इसमें असीमित लीड और प्रति फ़ाइल 2,000 पंक्तियों तक की सीमा है। Pro उस Google अकाउंट से जुड़ा है जिससे आप साइन इन करते हैं और अपने-आप रिन्यू नहीं होता। एक अकाउंट एक बिज़नेस के लिए है; उसके बाहर साइन-इन बाँटने पर Pro वापस लिया जा सकता है। क़ीमत इस साइट पर 30 दिन के नोटिस से बदल सकती है; जिस अवधि का भुगतान हो चुका है उसकी क़ीमत नहीं बदलेगी। रिफ़ंड रिफ़ंड और कैंसलेशन नीति के अनुसार।
उपलब्धता
हम सेवा चालू रखने की कोशिश करते हैं, पर यह Cloudflare और हमारे मॉडल प्रोवाइडर पर निर्भर है और बंद हो सकती है। अगर हमारी तरफ़ की वजह से Pro लगातार 3 दिन से ज़्यादा उपलब्ध न हो, तो हम आपका Pro उतने ही दिन बढ़ा देंगे।
ज़िम्मेदारी
सेवा जैसी है वैसी दी जाती है। मिले या खोए कारोबार, की गई या न की गई कॉल, या किसी अप्रत्यक्ष नुकसान के लिए हम ज़िम्मेदार नहीं हैं। किसी भी दावे पर हमारी कुल ज़िम्मेदारी उतनी है जितना आपने दावे से पहले के 3 महीनों में हमें भुगतान किया।
बदलाव और क़ानून
इन शर्तों में बड़े बदलाव लागू होने से कम से कम 15 दिन पहले इस पेज पर डाले जाते हैं। ये शर्तें भारत के क़ानूनों के अधीन हैं; Noida की अदालतों का क्षेत्राधिकार होगा।
